Noir was rescued from outside with his buddy, Noko. We presume they are brothers but we don't know for certain. Noir is very friendly and loves to play. He has a lot of love to give and is just happy to be warm and safe. Noir has been tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS, vaccinated, and neutered.
